How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our pieces are designed in our New York studio and are made to order. In stock items will ship within two business days, however some orders may take up to 4 weeks.  If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us directly at concierge@paigenovick.com

Can I ship my order to an international location?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact concierge@paigenovick.com for special requests. Note that if we are able to accommodate international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional customs charges upon delivery. 

What is your return policy? 

A refund for the merchandise will be given on items returned in new condition within 2 weeks of purchase. Gifts returned in new condition may be exchanged for a store credit on paigenovick.com. 

Returns and gift exchanges must first receive pre-approval, please email concierge@paigenovick.com for a return authorization. Please note that personalized and special order items may not be returned. 

Once your return is processed, our concierge will email you directly and the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. It can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or credit card statement.

Is it possible to cancel or modify an order I placed on paigenovick.com?

To cancel or modify an order please contact our Concierge immediately at concierge@paigenovick.com. Depending on the order status, we may be able to accommodate these requests.

*If you believe your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us immediately and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Please note that Paige Novick is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
