Shipping

All orders receive Standard UPS/FedEx Ground shipping and In stock items will ship within two business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your item or items have shipped which will include your tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.

Return Policy

A full refund will be given on items returned in new condition within two weeks of purchase, subject to Paige Novick’s approval that the jewelry is in the same condition as it was when purchased.

Returns must first receive pre-approval, please call 212-252-1441 or email concierge@paigenovick.com for a return authorization. Please note, no refunds will be accepted without a return authorization.

Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Personalized and special order items may not be returned.

Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Paige Novick is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. All return shipments must be insured.

Gift Returns
