To clean your crystal just rinse under cool tap water.

All orders receive Standard UPS Ground shipping and are shipped within two business days of your order. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A full refund will be given on items returned in new condition within two weeks of purchase, subject to Paige Novick's approval that the jewelry is in the same condition as it was when purchased.
