North Fork

The North Fork of Long Island, known for its vineyards and laid back vibe ( translation: no scene), was once considered a stepchild to the more glamorous Hamptons. Over the past few years The North Fork has come into its own and is becoming a real foodie destination. Moreover, there's a bit of a hipster/ Woodstock thing happening. In other words, imagine if Williamsburg and Portland had a baby!

Lido World - I find that the best remedy for easing out of summer mode is to plan your next getaway! Nothing speaks more to the escapist in me than Lido, a lifestyle brand that combines owner Heidi Keiso's love of travel, art and culture. The outpost in Greenport is warm and inviting like Heidi herself and feels part lounge part beautifully curated gallery. Heidi travels the world (literally) to design the effortlessly chic clothing, accessories and home decor items that speaks to the nomad in us all! Bon voyage!
